It starts with the broker/owner, Marc Schuil, who has 25 years of experience, is licensed in multiple states, and has ownership in three separate dairies. Arnel Koster’s family has been in the dairy and hay business for 3 generations and that has given Arnel a great understanding of the dairy business. Arnel is consistently a top producer at Schuil & Associates. Jon Van Ryn’s multi state dairy experience is a great asset to the dairy sales team.
