 Dairy Sales Division: Schuil & Associates is a leader in Dairy and Dairy site sales, not only in the Central Valley, but for the entire United States. Our dairy data base coupled with our personal relationships with dairy owners gives our clients a great advantage in getting their dairies sold. We also find dairies and dairy sites for our clients, here in California and throughout the United States. In addition, we market milk quota and cows.
 Farm Sales Division: Through the years Schuil & Associates has developed a farm marketing program that has been proven over and over again. With thousands of acres sold from Fresno to Bakersfield, our company knows that a good reputation among farmers is a must. We strive to build on that reputation by exceeding expectations and delivering results. Farms sold comprise of tree fruit (peaches, plums, nectarines, etc.), vines, citrus, almonds, walnuts, pomegranates, olives, row crops of varying types, pastures, and more (including homes on acreage).
 Development Division: Farms in populated areas will sooner or later become contiguous to cities. Schuil & Associates provides the expertise to allow the farmer to take advantage of soaring values for properties that are adjacent to communities. We offer development services on behalf of the farmer for residential or commercial development or, if the owner prefers, we will market the property to a qualified developer. We then assist the sellers with 1031 exchange opportunities to minimize their tax consequences.
