With degree in agricultural engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Doug has a technical background not found in many real estate agents. Doug joined Schuil & Associates in 2008 and was already a top listing agent in 2009. Doug knows his deciduous fruit and citrus varieties having grown up working in the family's fruit packing/shipping/marketing company. He is superb on spreadsheets and is quick to help a client analyze any agricultural investment opportunity. Doug is a current member of the California Agricultural Leadership Program (Class 40), president of the local Cal Poly Alumni Association, and active throughout the local community.
